New Orleans - Shooting Halts US Evacuation Of Superdome

The evacuation of hurricane victims from the New Orleans Superdome has been halted after shots were reportedly fired at rescue military helicopters, medical official said. U/D 14:57 Hospital halts patient evacuations after coming under sniper fire, a doctor who witnessed the incident says.
