Jerusalem – Four Palestinians residing in Israel illegally have been arrested for allegedly raping an 11-year-old boy from Bnei Brak several times. The four, aged 23-27, are also suspected of indecent acts.

Police launched an investigation after the boy told his older brother he had been abused. The suspects were swiftly apprehended for fear they would flee to the territories. Heading the probe is police Superintendent Ronen Shimri
Police suspect that the four, who were working at an event hall in the city, promised the boy candy and lured him into accompanying them to the building where they live.
It is also suspected the Palestinians raped, beat and humiliated the boy several times over the past few weeks. Police suspect they also emotionally abused the boy.
The suspects denied the allegations. They are scheduled to face a remand hearing at the Tel Aviv Magistrate’s Court later on Tuesday. Judge Yuval Gazit has issued a gag order on the suspects’ identities.
The victim has been undergoing therapy since the investigation was launched.

Where are the parents?
Well, at least they didn’t kill him! I know that’s no excuse for the horrendous crime, but at least he can go to counseling and live a normal life. The poor family in Itamar cannot say that.

The hall should be closed down or boycotted until they close down. I understand that Israel operates under a different legal system then the U.S., but is there any civil recourse that the family can take against the hall ie sue the hall for harboring these animals illegally?
#1 to me is illiustarting a point that as hurtful but it is really needs to be made. When a yid is accused or raping a kid everyone comes to his defense. People are not willing to go to the authorities and when someone finally does go to the authorities, they are threatened, pressured, shunned and maligned as is going on right now in a NY case. Suddenly when a non-jew or in this case palestinians are accused, the lynch mobs come out with torches.We either care about our kids or we don’t.
They should be stoned to death, wrapped in pig skins & left out for the wild animals to eat. If this happened in the arab world & they were caught their punishment would be stonning.

Liepa, an 11 year old boy in all liklihood would not make up something like that and their would be physical evidence and dna. The point some here may be making is let the evidence present itself first. Sadly, there are a reasons that soemone would falsely point a finger at others. Historically, people of different races would point the finger at other different or lesser classes when under pressure to protect their own kind or out of fear. In the 30’s they would point the finger at the blacks and the lynch mob would be assembled. I am NOT saying that this is the case here, but, with dna evidence today, the truth is a test away. Another problem is that to people of one race, religion etc, the statistics have shown, have a hard time making an identificatrion of people in an other group as they “all look the same” so to speak.
When the Taliban took over in Afghanistan, they captured the previous dictator, formerly Soviet-backed, until Gorbachev withdrew the backing and paved the way for Taliban to take over. On the very day of his capture, they cut off his genitals, staffed them in his mouth and hung him from the tree in the center of Kabul. Thus ended the Soviet era in Afghanistan. I almost never advocate this kind of justice, but with these four chayos it would be fitting the crime.
Let’s see … maybe we should treat this case just as we would if the perpetrators were Jews. So:
1: Yell to not rush to judgment
2: Claim the boy was lying
3: Blame the victim
4: Scream mesirah and have rabbonim say it’s assur to report it
5: If the accusations turn out to be true promptly accuse the authorities of being anti-semitic.
Is that about right?

1st Bnei Brak is a city that children can walk the streets. In Eretz Yisrael children 4 and 5 get on a bus to go to school and it is normal not having to have somebody take you until you are a teenager. 2nd. Arabs are know for raping both women and girls and boys. This is a fact. I am sick of all the do gooders on the liberal side and let the rest of the population live in fear.
