Federal prosecutors say 38-year-old Norman LeBoon was sentenced to 24 months in prison followed by three years’ supervised release. He pleaded guilty in November in connection with the YouTube video posted earlier that year.

LeBoon pleaded guilty last year to the charges, which stem from a YouTube video he made warning the Jewish lawmaker, “Remember Eric…our judgment time, the final Yom Kippur has been given. You are a liar, you’re a Lucifer.”

“You and your cupcake evil wife… you’re an abomination, you receive my bullets in your office, remember they will be placed in your heads,” LeBoon had also said.

LeBoon will be required to get mental health treatment. He is also required to have no contact with Cantor or any member of Cantor’s family.

Cantor was voted House majority leader when the Republican-led Congress convened in January.
