The Yidden can learn something from the gentiles of Bay Ridge. When the MTA threatened to cut the express bus services, the X-27 which serves Bay Ridge was very minimally affected. However, the X-29 which mostly served Yidden was totally eliminated.
While I’m an avid bicycle rider and a proponent of riding, I would never have taken Bay Ridge Parkway bike lane or not. 5th Avenue, which is two lanes, in Brooklyn, is a very difficult road to navigate and with double parkers on both sides it’s very hard. As with 13th Avenue, if you have people that don’t follow the law it’s shrek to drive a vehicle and bicycles are vehicles.
