Netanyahu is visiting the United States next month. Boehner says he’ll make the invitation after Congress approves a resolution for a joint meeting of the House and Senate.
Netanyahu last spoke to a joint meeting of Congress in July 1996.
Boehner says the U.S. and Israel are the closest of allies and that members of Congress want to hear Netanyahu’s views on that relationship.
That’s a wonderful gesture by the Republicans.
cool!
The United States Congress is probably more pro-Israel than the Knesset. This goes for the Republicans and the Democrats.
A once in a lifetime chance to make a Kiddush Hashem. He should ask for Daas Torah on what to say, and not waste a golden opportunity
Mr. Natanyahu should make sure he does not offend the Congress and he speaks for all Israelis not just the daas torah segment
What he says or doesn’t say makes no difference. So far he’s talked a lot, and well but has done little to protect the Jewish State.
Mr. anonymous, in one breath you tell the PM not to seek advise from Rav Eliashev, but listen to your advise on what to say. Yasher Koach.
