This is the Matzo Bus Bakery that Spring Valley's deputy building inspector Manny Carmona, issued a letter Friday afternoon forbidding Rabbi Aaron Winternitz, from using the bus as a bakery, saying that the changes made were insufficient, and it isn't safe to use for baking Matzo's, as was reported here on Vos Iz Neias.
