The motion said that the three, along with several others, entered the Yosef Hatzadik’s kever compound on Sunday morning sans the proper permits. The act resulted in the shooting incident that left one Israeli dead and five others injured.

The Petah Tikva Magistrate’s Court placed under a two-day house arrest three Breslov Hasidim arrested after the shooting incident Sunday morning, in suspicion of violating a restricted military zone order.

    5 days!?!?
What kind of joke is that for a group of negligent cowards that drove their frien to his own deaths????
They should be ordered to mental wards and not be released before a Doctor can vouch for their mental well being.

If you wonder where I’m coming from, sounding so worked up about this incident, I’ll share a story with you.
When I learned in Israel 6 years ago, the exact same thing happened.
A group of “Helbrand’s Breslover Chasidim” sneaked into Nablus to go to Kever Yosef and some were killed then as well.
It was not a homicide then and it is not a homicide now, it is outright suicide.
This (so called, Rabbi) “Helbrand” that sits comfortably in his home and brainwashes ignorant youths to go these places should be tried for manslaughter.
It is not the first time he sends people on suicide missions.
I can not believe that there is a Jewish leader out there that continues to be adored and followed by so many that has a similar philosophy to that of Al Qaida.

#2 Everything we have in Eretz Yisroel is thanks to brave men and women who realize our right to Daven at the graves of our forefathers. We have the opportunity to Daven at Maores Hamachpaila thanks to “crazy” Zionists who insist on living in the lion’s den under constant guard. These people are heroes. We Daven at the Kotel because brave men fought against a powerful enemy and won against all odds. We have the ability to live in and visit Eretz Yisroel because brave Zionists saw the future in Europe was doomed and created the world’s only Jewish State. Their schar dwarfs ours, as does the brave Chosid who was struck down this morning by the enemy.

One day, your neighborhood in Brooklyn will turn as they always do, and it will be less than safe to walk to Shul. When you realize your values overcome your fears, you will recognize that there is more to this world than finding the safest and coziest place to Daven. Unitl then, please try to remain silent when mourning a Yid killed Al Kiddush Hashem.

Yes the chassidim violated the order yet there is something twisted about a Jew being murdered and the PA gets a pass but the Jews get a ticket for tresspassing? Shouldn’t the notion of access to Kever Yossef being limited to Jews be treated as an outrage and obscenity in the first place?
