Pollard finished sitting shiva for his father Morris who died last Saturday.
Fogel was touched when Pollard had sent teddy bears to her and her two surviving siblings when they were sitting shiva.
Pollard’s wife, who delivered them, said that she had a similar bear and that when she missed her husband, she hugged the bear, so the children could do the same when they thought of their parents.
American authorities, who did not let Pollard out of jail to attend his father’s funeral, permitted Fogel’s visit.
Very touching…
I don’t know this girl, but I love her already. Everything she says and does is so REAL! She is an example of bravery, courage and hope in the face of murder and terror. May Hashem bless you with abundant good, Tamar! You are an inspiration to me, and to countless others.
Very thoughtful.
I think that this young girl is remarkable. Her parents A”H were obviously strong and decent role models for their children.
V’nekasi damam lo nekaisi. May the blood of the Fogel family be avenged!
I wish best of luck to both of them!
