    Avigdor Lieberman also urged would-be participants of the pro-Palestinian flotilla to give up their plans and deliver their aid to U.N. supervised ports for distribution.

    Lieberman spoke to reporters Thursday after meeting with Austrian Foreign Minister Michael Spindelegger. Spindelegger said Austria had not yet made up its mind whether to support U.N. recognition of a Palestinian state, adding he preferred a joint EU approach to the issue.

    It looks like Lieberman is well accepted in Europe,
    not like the left in Israel want to portray it
