It’s not “Chareidim” that are demonstrating but a small group of fanatics that moved to Bet Shemesh from Meah Shearim. They will riot at the drop of a hat if they don’t get their way. They are giving all Chareidim a bad name. Unfortunately we and main stream Chreidi leadership don’t stand up against them. Not sure if it’s because of fear or apathy.

I think that you might be mistaking kinoyim for chareidim…
They are NOT acting in accordance with Torah law or hashkafah at all. If they feel that the school isn’t religious enough, let them invite the students for Shabbos and bring them closer to Torah observance.
There’s a good vort that I heard, ‘Darchehah darchei noam’, anytime you see Torah that isn’t b’n’imah, it isn’t Torah! It’s almost identical but it isn’t Torah.
I just wonder when these people have time to daven, do teshuvah or perform mitzvot. They are always so busy demonstrating or rioting that they don’t have time to do much else, except eat. I suppose they could list “demonstrator” as their occupation on a census form. Oh, I forgot, they don’t fill out census forms.
So let the real chareidim come in and remove the kenoim. But it won’t happen.
These kanoyim are backed by the police and ShaBaK. What are they doing outside chomois Yerushalayim? Very simple – they’re not the real deal but a few oisvorfen and wannabe BT’s with prison backgrounds that are riled up the same way Amir was by Avishai Raviv. This article is very misleading. The Chareidim are doing much worse than mere demonstrating. They’re screaming at teenage girls calling them ‘shiksa’ and ‘prutza’ and even spittign on them. VIN, if you’re not going to do any investigating, then leaving this article up is perpetuating a false sense of what is truly going on.
