Westchester County, NY – The number of power outages in northern Westchester has dropped to about 7,100, as Con Edison and NYSEG crews work to repair power lines damaged in Wednesday’s storm. Both utility companies will hand out dry ice, which keeps unrefrigerated food from spoiling, to customers still without power today.
