A message on the bank’s homepage Wednesday said that most of the site was working normally, but that customers may experience “occasional delays.”

That means customers who do their banking online may have had to head to a branch or ATM to access their accounts at some point in recent days.

A spokeswoman for Bank of America Corp., Tara Burke, has said the company doesn’t disclose the causes for its site problems. She did not immediately respond to a call for comment Wednesday.

The problems began Friday, a day after the company said it would start charging a $5 monthly debit card fee.

Bank of America is clearly at the top of their game and well worth every extra penny they are demanding from their clients. This can only prove to everybody complaining about the $5 monthly debit card fee how wrong they are to be upset. Such perfection will always cost more.
