The park, which takes up one square block, is a sea of blue tarps — and people huddled beneath them.

Some soaked sleeping bags could be seen protruding from beneath the tarps.

The kitchen was still working, and serving cereal for breakfast.

A couple of die-hards stood right in the downpour while continuing their protest on Wednesday.

One held up an American flag. Another wore a gas mask.

Just wait until the snow and ice storms arrive, that will take these groups like the Raging Grannies off their high horse.
