The New York State Court of Appeals ruled against Mr. Scarano’s motion to appeal the decision that had barred him and in doing so reaffirmed earlier rulings. The court’s decision is seen as a victory for the Buildings Department, which has been battling Mr. Scarano over his practices since 2006.
What did he do to get banned and why is the relevant to VIN News readers?
Its relevant because he is a great architect and is used by many jews in brooklyn including by me
One word: Williamsburg.
His plans had a tendency to be, shall we say, somewhat “FAR”-fetched.
It’s too bad because Mr. Scarano built very spacious and very safe buildings. He used his skills to maximize every inch to create more space while every other architect designs dog cages which people have to live in.
