Fine said the bigger issue for him is the nightlife activity on weekends. Visitors to the many East End restaurants and bars park in the building's lot, which is prohibited. Some knock over memorials and leaving behind broken beer bottles.
Ron Resnick lives in the neighborhood.
"One's got nothing to do with the other," he said. "Whoever defaced the property has nothing to do with the kids who are out here or the adults who are out here having a good time on a Friday or Saturday night."
Fine said he's not opposed to the success of the area, but does feel patrons need to be more respectful of their surroundings. [13WHAM]
