Keen Realty LLC has been appointed by a U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge to sell 162 of Dwek’s properties, and it is currently trying to sell them to a selection of high-net-worth real estate buyers, said company President Harold J. Bordwin.
“No other real estate company has any authority to market any of these properties; and any broker who is advertising these properties should immediately cease and desist,” Dwek bankruptcy trustee Charles A. Stanziale Jr. said.

Many of Dwek’s investors have since accused him of fraud, and he has been charged by the FBI with bank fraud. [APP]
