Hazan, 21, was indicted last Thursday and charged with one count of aggravated assault, one count of aggravated assault against a police officer, and rioting.

Hazan will be under house arrest at his aunt’s residence in Bnei Brak until the end of his trial and will be under the supervision of a rabbi familiar with him, his aunt and his mother.

Despite the state attorney’s objections, Hazan will be allowed to attend morning prayer services for one hour and similarly will be able to leave the residence for an hour for afternoon and evening prayer services, accompanied by his supervising rabbi. The court requested a deposit of NIS 10,000, and signed guarantees of NIS 8,000 from Hazan and each of his three supervisors.

Ultra retarded maybe, orthodox? In your Torah it says to spit on women who dress differently then you? Please dont call him orthodox.
I saw this week the Rebbe of Toldos Aron visited the town of Deal in jersey, and I was thinking, how would his followers treat these same women who opened their doors for him, if they were walking in Mea Shearim?
We all know the answer to that.

Looks like the court realized that the accusations aren’t necessarily all true and he isn’t so dangerous to be released.

#9 you ignore the fact that the sikrikim were able to muster a large crowd to protest in front of a store and a very large crowd to protest when one of their own was beaten by the gerrers.
Frum people of a habit of saying it’s only a few. The “few” are obviously supported by many. If the “many” would stand up to the “few” these louts couldn’t operate., but they don’t because they are in fact supported by the many.

    Shame on us.
