Monticello, NY – A man was charged with felony burglary on Wednesday after Sullivan County sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to a burglary in progress at a home in the Town of Thompson.

Guy Mead Jr. 34, of Monticello was arrested near an unoccupied home at 175 Cold Spring Rd. where Mead is accused of stealing copper piping.
