Albany, NY – Like Gov. Cuomo, Shelly Silver No Fan Of Email

Albany, NY – Gov. Cuomo isn’t the only state leader who avoids emailing: State Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver says he rarely uses electronic communications.

“I don’t use email at all,” Silver told me late last week.

“I may get an email occasionally that says ‘Call the office.’ Or if I get an email, I just reply that ‘I’ll call you back.’”
