In an interview with ABC News being aired Tuesday, Ryan says he and Romney thought they had a very good chance of winning Nov. 6. He cites polling, other data, and what he calls “the smart people who watch this stuff” for his optimistic view election night.
Ryan says Obama deserves kudos for what Ryan calls “a fantastic ground game.” The congressman says Obama received more votes and should be congratulated for that.
Had he been at the top of the ticket, Ryan says, he would have run exactly the kind of campaign that Romney ran.
With grace and class all the way. Don’t kid yourselves, guys. You made a fantastic run for it, you were a dynamic duo and you can take solace in knowing that half the country cheered you on. (That’s no small potatoes.) Unfortunately too many people didn’t come out to vote and too many can’t resist freebies as promised by the Democratic ticket. Why not look at the bright side, Mr. Romney… you have been spared the major headaches and stresses of running the country. God meant for you to enjoy spending quality time with your beautiful family and enjoying the fruits of your labor.
Romney and Ryan…class all the way through.
Its great we will not hear of Romney much more. I am so glad that the wicked did not win in this election. America is and must be better!
#3 I guess u are part of the Santa Claus gang
And in another interview today, Ryan revealed for the first time the chiddush that “We lost because Obama got more people to come out and vote for him than we did”. Now why hasn’t anyone else figured that out? What a brilliant political analysis. He also said that Obama won because he got more “Urban” (aka minority) voters…another brilliant observation.
Obama won because he had the media on his side.
Someone please explain: So many Yeshivalite wanted Romney to win saying how wrong entitlements are and yet the same chevra live for years on whatever the Agudah can lobby for them. Isn’t this how most of Kollel families live?
Its heart breaking that two formidable candidates on a ticket who offered so much hope – could lose to a ticket that comprises of a self hating American and the town drunk as in Biden
Maybe the 99% didn’t want selfish Wall. St. Crooks running the country-even tho
they would be less likely to bankrupt it.
