In the video, a stun gun is heard being fired and a man falls to the ground at a park. Two officers stand over the motionless man and begin kicking him. A third officer drives up and attacks him. No complaint was filed.

Bridgeport city spokeswoman Elaine Ficarra said today that all three officers are on desk duty while authorities investigate the May 2011 encounter. Elson Morales, Joseph Lawlor and Clive Higgins are 10-year veterans of the police force. They couldn’t be reached for comment.

The video was posted on YouTube this month. It’s not clear who’s filming or who posted the video.

    Pigs gone wild

    And this is surprising….because?

Cops are human beings. Give human beings authority, a cowed populace, and if they don’t think anyone is watching, they will do whatever they want.

This is not just the tip of the iceberg, this is the whole iceberg, up and down.

All three of these “crooked cops” just happened to respond to this same incident?
I’m beginning to suspect that police brutality is more pervasive than we’re aware…

And this is why the NRA is not totally off base. Many of these lowlife cops would be violent criminals if they didnt have a badge. They think the badge gives them a license to behave this way. Everyone in new york has or knows a story about cops gone wild. They have no respect for the law or the citizens. They get slapped on the wrist and move on.

    We do not know what happened and it looks bad but lets look at something else;

This guy was obviously in police chase driving that red van and somehow he ended up driving into a park, what if the guy almost mowed down 20 kids? Would you not also want to kick the life out of him??

I think the video is inappropriate here due to the fact that there is much nivul peh on it.

Bridgeport, a city that stinks. It’s an embarrassment to the rest of us living in CT. Terrible corrupt government, virtually bankrupt. Board of Ed taken over by the state. The police department can only attract the dregs of society. No one else would want to police the element that lives and works (spends time) in Bridgeport.

And this CT attorney won’t be defending either the lousy cops or the ‘victim.’

I’m not defending these cops, but this is a problem which has existed forever. At the end of a chase, when the cops are all psyched up and extremely angry, they tend to beat the crap out of the perp.

Obama campaign co-chairman / Mayor Julian Castro, City Attorney Michael Bernard (brother of White House Social Secretary Jeremy Bernard) and other White House “inner circle” members violate the Constitution and use the “color of the law” in an effort to cover up decades of public/police corruption in San Antonio TX.

Armed SAPD officers were dispatched at night to roust one law-abiding whistleblower from his bed to perform a mental health test. Another whistleblower was handcuffed and jailed for upwards of 8 hours on trumped up charges of speeding and refusing to sign the ticket he wasn’t allowed to read.

Texas Public Radio / KSTX reports that San Antonio TX city “leaders” are at the center of a federal civil rights lawsuit being filed by the Texas Civil Rights Project of Austin TX.

A second lawsuit – SA13CV0051XR- was filed on 1/17/2013 naming City defendants in their official AND individual capacities for Constitutional violations including the act of banning a law –abiding citizen from City Hall/Council meetings for reporting long-term, widespread public /police corruption, bond fraud, accounting fraud, HUD fraud and the theft/misuse of tens of millions of tax/grant dolla

To #13 - What do the events which occurred in San Antonio, have to do with what happened in Bridgeport? Also, why was Obama’s name mentioned? The implication was that he should also be blamed?

What happens when a person is not guilty but just scared of these guys — They can beat the crap out of an innocent person!! Then they get a slap on the wrist!!
