The WARSAW BUSINESS JOURNAL (http://bit.ly/1dSc3Ue) reports that Boni’s meeting with religious officials came after the Government Legislation Center said it should be Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal who has the final say on the matter.

A week ago, Boni requested that the Government Legislation Center issue an opinion on the issue after tensions grew between Israel and Poland following a vote earlier this month in parliament upholding the ban.

In its ruling, the Government Legislation Center stated it found a conflict in the language of the law that pits the protection of animals against the protected rights of religious minorities to practice their customs.

Boni has asked Poland’s Jewish community leader, Rabbi Michael Schudrich, and Muslim leader, Mufti Tomasz Miskiewicz, to file a motion with Constitutional Tribunal.

It should be the government itself that revisits its ban; the issue should not be decided by the Constitutional Court.

Why have any Jews chosen to live in Poland? It is not the promised land and has nothing to offer but anti Semitism non stop, and it will escalate chas vishalom. You cannot reason with haters disguising themselves as animal lovers.
Polish aided and abetted the Nazis to confiscate and redistribute all of the material goods of Jews and also their murder. they willingly pointed out hiding places of children and gunned them down themselves. If you stay there you prove nothing. You are like in a cage with a beast thinking it is tame when it will soon pounce again.
