Brooklyn, NY +Serious Assault+ Hatzolah transporting an elderly man in serious condition to Kings County Hospital after being assaulted by two younger males on Foster Avenue and East 5th Street, aided is unconscious and in critical condition at this time. NYPD setting up a crime scene at above location, they have one perp who fled in custody, after being chased down and captured by a witness.

The aided has just been pronounced dead in the hospital, Chesed Shel Emes is handling the job.
But after the “one” punch he proceded to kick the victim while he was down, so its not just a “one” punch case.
NY has a one punch law if you kill someone with one punch you can not be charged with murder unless your a professional boxer or a black belt
since when is a 60 year old an eldery man?
if they were jewish (which they might be) they were not religious.
the man was with his girlfriend.
Why are the details so sketchy?
from what I heard from a neighbor, both the perp and victim are Jewish, and the fight involved a woman. Doesn’t sound like a story from within our community.

Of course the perp will claim that he just came in for defense, and of course he didn’t intend to any wrong doing.. since the victim – unfortunately – can’t speak up, the perp may say what ever he wants, but we don’t have to buy it!

Police say If he doesn’t make it they are going to try to charge him with murder if the DA agrees.
One thing has to be understood, that most people will react if their girl friend or wife are touched.

The older man insulted the women or assaulted her?
It was not a random act apparetly the olderly man assulted the woman and the young man was confrunting the olderly man about it.

I was there it happened in front of my house.
the 60 year old male was asaulted by a man and a woman.
the young man pulled over his van and confrunted the elderly man and then punched him in the face the old man fell unconcius the young man proceded to kick him when neighbors started yelling at him to stop the man got into his van and sped away , one of the neighbors who witnessed the asult and is a member of the shomrim chased after the young man and the women with his car , in the meantime neighbors called hatzalah who came within 3 minutes and took care of the old man who is in critical condition. in the meantime the area by east 5th and foster is closed off as a crime seen . the young man and womwn were arrested thanks to the quick thinking neighbors who helped the police catch him.
the incident is currently under thural investigaition.
