Chief Rabbi David Lau addressed the large gathering: “We prove to our enemies that the nation of Israel is alive and will never be broken. Everyone gathered here at the Kotel as one, with one heart, unified in a prayer for the safety of the kidnapped, that they will be swiftly returned to their families.”

i only see yiden with blue shirts knitted kippas . i dont see to many black hats . why ?
Thank you VIN for the coverage. Please keep us posted.
I saw plenty of black hats, the photograph focused on different areas. Anyway who cares, i am sure that all the ‘black hats’, including my son, will have been advised not to travel due to the overcrowding and will be sitting in yeshiva davenning and learning for their safe return.
Regarding some of the comments about Black Hats, can someone please point to a definitive source in either the Mishnah Brurah, the Gemorrah, or the Talmud, where the wearing of Black Hats was mandated? Where did that custom come from?
many shules held tehillim gatherings last night too.
G-d willing the three young men should be returned safely in good health!
