Spencer Garness had been charged with disorderly conduct. Court records say prosecutors moved to dismiss the charges, citing a lack of evidence. Judge Sonja Clapp dismissed them.

The charges stemmed from a March incident in which Garness allegedly wrote “Scott is a Jew” in ice cream on a dorm elevator. Student Scott Lebovitz said he suffered anti-Semitic attacks and taunts over several months before moving out of the dorm in April.

Isn’t he the same person who mailed the rope noose to the black person? I thought he’d end up behind bars for life after the grand jury investigation of it.
