Trenton, NJ – Political insiders and behavioral experts say that New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie’s most recent, and highly publicized, bully rant against a storm victim/heckler at a Hurricane Sandy event on Wednesday may in fact be the final straw in snuffing out any hopes Christie may have of becoming president in 2016.

On Wednesday, Christie tore into Sandy victim, 43 year-old Jim Keady—who repeatedly peppered the governor with questions about federal Sandy relief spending—telling him to “sit down and shut up.”
NYDAILYNEWS.com (http://nydn.us/13oWkOq) reports that David Axelrod, the Democratic strategist who played a major role in both of Barack Obama’s successful presidential campaigns, said Christie is mistaken if he thinks his “Sopranos approach” tough-guy antics present him as a “strong leader.”
“If that’s the way he’s going to react, he has no future in this,” Axelrod said.
Manhattan psychotherapist Alan Bernstein called Christie’s behavior typical of someone who can view the “slightest challenge” as an “existential threat.”
“I cannot imagine a President with this style,” Bernstein said. “I think it would be a disaster.”

IY”H he’s presidential toast!
Once BRIDGEGATE happened that was the final straw. Too bad the media is the last to realize what the public already knows for a long time. This guy is not presidential material and never was.
I’ve been a Republican since 1978 and initially was a big fan of Christie but not anymore and for exactly this reason. He would have a great career in a place like North Korea but isn’t really cut out to be a leader in a democracy where there are generally sharp disagreements about pretty much anything.
On the other hand, I’m not sure David Axelrod and a Jewish psychotherapist from Manhattan, who very likely is quite liberal, are the last word on Christie’s political future.
His tactic earned him my vote. It’s been a long time drive this country had a real leader
I beg to disagree. The so called experts are out of touch with the masses. At least at Crisites conventions. Had you been there or even listened to the audio, you’d have heard the applause Cristie got for telling fellow to sit down and shut up. Thats was always his style. He’s just being his self.
Christie is like a plate of uncooked rice. Someone should just throw him.
