India – Israeli tourist Dinah Hoshea was touring India with her husband and two children when she was killed Friday afternoon in the accident near the province of Punjab in the north of India. Her children, both in their 20s, were also injured in the accident and taken to a local hospital.

Irit Shneor, Israeli consul in New Delhi, spoke to the husband but said he was in a state of serious shock and therefore the circumstances leading up to the accident remain unclear.
Hoshea had worked for several years as principal of the “Shahar” school, an institution in Carmiel for children with special needs.
