The former pro wrestler’s support for Trump comes despite some major political differences, including on immigration. The billionaire businessman has taken a hardline stance on immigration, calling for the deportation of all 11 million people estimated to be living in the country illegally.

By contrast, Ventura lives in Mexico and has criticized Trump for his remarks about immigrants. Ventura says immigration status should not affect employment in the U.S.

The St. Paul Pioneer Press (http://bit.ly/1PmCLst ) says Ventura talked about Trump on his Internet TV show “Off the Grid.” Ventura has previously endorsed Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders for the Democratic presidential nomination.‎

Azoy….and most of us were hoping the would select Sarah Palin or that Pizza guy (aka 9x9x9) or some other tea party wingnut that would carry him through the convention and thereby assure that Hillary would be President for the next 8 years…the circular firing squad forming in the Repubican primary race is the best new entertainment show since Trump’s other show went off the air.

He would accept, but Trump would never ask so it’s all rather moot

I was hoping he’d go with ignoramus Palin or Bachman, who just had 2 hour rant about the end of the world, and the ‘second coming’. Maybe she was referring to The Rebbe???

Great idea! Just add Sarah “I can see Russia from my house” Palin as Secretary of State and we can start selling tickets to this 3 ring circus.

If you think electing Trump is “taking back your country” than you probably should expect Moishiach arriving erev Rosh Hashonah on Trump airlines on a non-stop flight from the Uman to JFK.

I would prefer Hulk Hogan; he is taller and can defend himself better.
