ISRAELNATIONALNEWS.com (http://bit.ly/1ii1mn7) reports that the film, which stars Daniel Dayan, draws from four stories from the life of Hassidic Master Rebbe Nachman of Breslov and opened at Tel Aviv’s Cinematheque to an audience that drew from just about every sector of Jewish society.

Fishman said his reasons for making the film were to highlight Rebbe Nachman’s teachings.

“Rabbi Nachman’s whole point was to go down ‘under the table,’ and try to find all the lost Jews and bring them back to the table to be true sons of the King,” Fishman said.
