Counter-Terrorism Zone Chairman State Police Capt. Michael Cahill said shoppers must be on their toes when they are out and about.

During the holiday shopping period, he said shoppers need to remain vigilant and alert to spot suspicious individuals and call the state terrorism hotline at 1-866-SAFE-NYS. That’s a 24 hour hotline to report terrorist or suspicious individual information.

The police handed out “see something say something” flyers to shoppers at the Palisades Center, Woodbury Common, Galleria at Crystal Run and Newburgh Mall.

The warnings are nice byt pretty useless unless they are referring to an abandoned package.
Any armes attack needs to be dealt with immediatly and unless the pokice are going to have a large regular patrol onsite. If not what is need armed and trained citzens who can respond immediatly.

As to schules and schools needing better protection. Pleas wake up NYPD is not big enough to provide that type of protection. By the time terrorists enter a schule or yeshiva and until the NYPD first arrived you will have dozens innocent dead people.

Time to push Bloomberg to permot people to have concealed carry permits.
ANY ARMED TERRIST ATTAXK NEEDS TO BE DEALY WITH RIGHT AWAY BY ARMED AND TRAINED CIVILANS, cAN noy WAIT FOR A POLICE RESPONSE.

Look what happened in Belgium, they caught 14 terrorists today. Every shul and every school needs to have reliable people that can hold guns on them. We need to do hishtadlus and protect ourselves. Police are already giving out warnings to be cautious in shopping malls. We need to daven that whole am yisrael should be safe and Moshiach should come fast.
