In exchange for a variance in the zoning laws, Trump agreed to set aside some of his building as public space. Once he got what he wanted (i.e., much more space in which to sell many more apartments), he no longer felt bound by this agreement.
Time and time again, Trump proves that he is untrustworthy. Only a fool would vote for him. You cannot trust him with anything, least of which the nuclear codes!
