Delivering an impassioned prime-time speech at the Republican National Convention, Giuliani strayed from his prepared remarks to chastise the media and stress that Trump “is a good man”

“I am telling you this because I am sick and tired of the defamation of Donald Trump by the media and by the Clinton campaign. I am sick and tired,” he said. “This is a good man.”

Americans, the former mayor added, are sick and tired of what he called a “vicious, nasty campaign.”

“You deserve to know this about your next president, he’s been a great father, father-in-law, grandfather and friend to me, my wife Judith and our family for now almost 30 years,” he said. “I know him personally, and this is a very good and decent man and he will be a great president.”

Giuliani further took jabs at expected Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, saying while her experience is the basis for her campaign, it’s “exactly the reason she should not be our president.”

“Washington needs a complete turnaround and Donald Trump is the agent of change and he will be the leader of the change we need,” he said. “He will make America, like the president I worked for Ronald Reagan, once again be the shining City on the Hill.”

If Donald didn’t have the media, he wouldn’t have come so far. The media have been very good to him.

Dear Rudy, You were two mayors ago, 14 years ago, have done nothing but lose primaries since then. We’re really glad you were Mayor on 9/11, when you made a speech when no one could find W. Bush. But defending Donnie from the ‘media’ is asinine. We still love you Rudy, but please go back to your room…

Let’s see- Trump defames people and the handicapped, and it is fair for him to do so, but for anyone to God forbid criticize him for doing so is unfair. This election is Purim, everything is upside down, logic is out the window, what used to make sense, no longer does.

Rudy praised Trump saying “he’s been a great father, father-in-law, grandfather” He forgot to say what a wonderful husband he’s been to all 3 wives.
