The shooting happened about 9 p.m. Sunday on a ramp that runs between the hotel’s main building and the Tresor Tower. Miami Beach Police spokesman Ernesto Rodriguez said in a news release that the victims ran inside the hotel for help.

Rodriguez says a woman had one bullet wound and is in stable condition. The man was shot multiple times and was in critical condition at a Miami hospital.

Investigators say the shooter ran from the scene.

The upscale hotel’s lobby was roped off and guests weren’t allowed inside through the main entrance. Roads around the hotel also were briefly closed.

Miami Beach has turned into a jungle; it was only two years ago, that a Chassidic Rabbi from Brooklyn, was shot dead by a 14 year old Black, who bragged about the shooting. Who do you think got him off on a technicality, regarding the DNA evidence? You guessed it- a Jewish lawyer. All charges were dismissed!
