The Council of State’s declaration is the clearest such recognition of the French government’s role in the Holocaust.
The council found that the French government at the time was responsible for deportations that led to anti-Semitic persecution.
The decision released today also found that the deportations have been “compensated for” since 1945.
compensated? How in french to you compensate for killing someone? Looks like someone cant accept responsibility for their past actions so therfore are likely to repeat it. They should have learned from Germany.
Should be a vote in France and other European countries in any election for every Jew that was Deported, killed, his money taken away, and the estimated descendants and influence their money could have had.
Then they should look at the Jewish community institutions in their own country and abroad that could have benefited spiritually and monetarily from the Jews in their countries help Jews all over the world have more kids , and help them with whatever they need to enlarge the Jewish population and then maybe if they really do that and other things like that could start thinking that maybe they could say they started in the right direction to compensate, but to say they were compensated? who are they kidding?
Hashem will take care of them all…the day is coming soon…get ready…and make Tshuva…oh, and any Jews living in France, SERIOUSLY start packing, cuz that place is going down
