This means that starting in April each one of the 1.3 million New Yorkers who use food stamps will see a 13 percent increase every month.
Sounds good to me. After all the prices were raized in the past year with much more than 13%.
it’s about time, I have food stamps but that only pays bills for like two shabbos orders each month this will help a lot of big families who need them and can’t live without it
