Kushner’s position as co-director of the Charles and Seryl Kushner Foundation from 2006 to 2015, when the foundation donated at least $38,000 to the building of a Jewish seminary in the West Bank settlement of Beit El and an additional $20,000 to Jewish and educational institutions in other settlements, was not disclosed on his filings with the Office of Government Ethics, Newsweek reported Sunday.

The settlements are considered illegal under international law.

The revelation comes two days after reports that Kushner, President Donald Trump’s Jewish son-in-law and a White House senior adviser, attempted to stop a vote on an anti-settlement resolution that passed during the Trump transition period.

Kushner has amended his financial records several times since his first filing with the government ethics office in March, and also has made three revisions to his security clearance application.

Newsweek reported that Kushner’s omission was first discovered by a team of researchers at American Bridge, a progressive research and communications organization. The group shared the discovery with Newsweek on Friday afternoon and its researchers suggested Kushner’s failure to disclose his position may have been an attempt to avoid “potential conflicts with his job negotiating Middle East peace.”

Had Kushner disclosed his position in the family foundation in his financial records, his involvement in the settlement donations and potential conflicts of interest with his government position may have been considered by the Office of Government Ethics, according to Newsweek.

What this kind story does is revive the “Fifth Column” question that the Klal in the United States worked for 60 years to put to rest. Not good.

This shows how damn dumb Trumpie is. He parades Kushie around the arab world as an ‘honest broker’ for a peace deal and then this comes out. How stupid and unfit they are. If the alt-yidden think this is ‘fake news’ then ask how this plays in the arab world. Not good for the US, for Israel, or for the Jews. A triple play.by Trumpie and Kushiee! Feh.

Wonder why he was hiding this.

Umm, it says he was co-director from 2006-2015, of a foundation not in his name. Wasn’t current, is what I’m saying. And what’s so unusual about an orthodox Jew contributing to an Israeli cause. For that matter, why not simply pick on the mere fact of his Jewishness for his supposed inability to be impartial. Bunch of crock by Trump haters.

Its well known that Kushner donated to religious zionist instituitions (as well as many other) including yeshivos east of the green line. The same is true of Jason Greenblatt and David Friedman. Trump also donated to Beit El at the behest of David Friedman! That he didnt disclose it was again an oversight but not anything that wasnt widely known and previously reported.

    Furthermore in all like
lihood the donations were made to American Friends of Beit El etc. which is an IRS recognized 5013C charity. I doubt that he even had a duty to disclose such contributions.

How is donating some $60,000 years ago more of a conflict of interest than, as example, praying at least three times a day for Jewish sovereignty over entire Jerusalem? If these guys did not already know from the get-go that Kushner was a Zionist then they clearly need a whole new set of staff at these security institutions.
