    Bolivian Ambassador Sacha Llorentty Soliz says U.N. envoy Niko Mladenov told the council Wednesday that drinking water is short, hospitals have been closed and “doctors stopped doing surgeries.”

    He says Bolivia highlighted Israel’s primary responsibility for “the catastrophic situation in Gaza.”

    Mansour says Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas will address the Security Council on Feb. 20 on the situation of all Palestinians and ask members to implement U.N. resolutions “to end the occupation that started in 1967, to allow for the independence of the state of Palestine, and therefore to save the two-state solution.”

    What a filthy liar! Typical Muslim terrorist who cannot let a word of truth emanate from his mouth. There may be shortages, but they are the direct result of a regime that hoards all the money for the “leaders” and to fund terror operations. They do not pay for their electricity, which Israel donates to them. They also force Israel to hold back shipments of supplies because they are laced with contraband. They are a bunch of murderous thieves. That’s why there is a problem for the citizens. It has nothing whatsoever to do with the “occupation”. In fact, these savages would fare better if they were under Israeli rule.

    Bolivia seriously???? Like they were very human towards Ostericher.

    Israel the primary responsibility? How about the paelestinains own responsibilty. Put down your guns and stop making and throwing rockets at us. Behave like humans instead of beasts.

    Does anyone recall that we gave them luscious beautiful gardens in gush katif?? And how did that turn out? Are they using it to feed their poor? Or is it a new rocket launcher?

    UN= house full of lies
