He says he “may go” to the embassy opening May 14.
Trump says he had started signing his name to a proposal when he noticed the eye-popping $1 billion figure. He says he called it off. Trump says U.S. Ambassador to Israel David Friedman told him it could be done for a mere $150,000.
Trump says he didn’t want to go that low and approved spending $300,000 or $400,000 instead. The embassy is moving from Tel Aviv.
Rather than build a new building, the U.S. is retrofitting a small part of an existing American consular facility so the embassy can open quickly.
Grajse chachomim. 3 people here at win said it before that it could be done with a screwdriver to change the name. (Except the Very Educated who said it takes 8 years) It took them 3 months to figure this out?
What a shame Mr trump,
you will regret it, it will cost alot of jewish blood it’s not worth the move.
Shoode yeyde greitzer
Well, the President said it. I suppose it could still be true.
To $6- You are a meshuganah! There would have been no winners had a war come again to the Korean peninsula. I remember the last war in Korea, from 1950-1953. Over 40,000 American troops were killed, and thousands are still missing, and are presumed dead. The North has thousands of artillery pieces aimed at Seoul. There would have been hundreds of thousands of casualties on both the North and Side sides, including many civilians, and thousands of American soldiers. Trump, as well as the Presidents of both North and South Korea, should receive the Nobel Peace Prize.
