Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee Jerry Nadler takes part in a marathon reading of the redacted (Mueller) Report on the Investigation into Russian Interference in the 2016 Presidential Election in the U.S. Capitol in Washington U.S., May 16, 2019. The marathon is likely to stretch into the wee hours of Friday. The duty will be split among more than two dozen lawmakers.

Democratic Rep. Mary Gay Scanlon of Pennsylvania said “The American people need to hear from the report itself,” adding, “summaries won’t do.”

Mueller did not find evidence that President Donald Trump conspired with the Russians to tip the 2016 election. But he did not answer whether Trump obstructed justice.

The attempt to publicize Mueller’s report comes amid uncertainty about whether he will testify to Congress. Democrats have said they are hopeful Mueller will appear, but are willing to subpoena him if necessary.

people keep on voting for them, you will have the same old, same old. This is what you are voting and paying them with our tax dollars to sit and read a report that could have been done in private in their office, in their own time, that is how desperate they are to disqualify the voters choice. Instead of doing the tax payers business and the countries business they rather sit and read 400 pages of something they could have done private, and I bet coffee, drinks and snacks are being provided on your tax dollars.

Perhaps if Barr would have handed over the full report, or given a more accurate (according to Mueller himself) summary, there would have been no need for this.

But speaking of wasting money – was investigating Hillary’s role in Benghazi a waste of money? And she testified. Perhaps if the Trump White House were more cooperative, things would get done more efficiently.

Let me know when they get up to the “no collusion” part. Waste of time and taxpayer money.
