Once the border officer saw 26-year-old Dvora’s Israeli passport, he spat on it and made a gesture with his hands as if he were trying to shoot her, the Sitbon couple told French-Jewish radio station Radio Shalom.

“We were shocked. It is very painful. My wife is the granddaughter of a Holocaust survivor. She lives and breaths this issue and was shocked by the incident,” said Michael, 28. “We flew by way of Germany because it was the least expensive, but my wife never wants to go back there.”

According to the couple, who have been living in France for the past three years, they arrived in the German airport on Thursday night from France with only a few minutes to catch their connecting flight to Israel. A border officer detained them at passport control. “When he saw that my wife’s passport is from Israel, he spat on it and didn’t let us pass, saying that she has overstayed her visit in France,” said Michael.

“We stood there with four children, the oldest of which is four and the youngest is a month and a few days. Because of this, we preferred not to respond to the provocation so that no trouble would be made for us in investigation.

“Afterwards, he decided that he would let us pass, but wanted to make sure that each child matched the passports given him. So he asked me in German to pick them up. When I did so, he cursed me and my wife and made all kinds of sounds as if he was spraying us with bullets,” recounted Michael.

“There were very few people on the connection flight to Israel, so only one person saw the incident. He is our witness,” explained Michael. “I encountered anti-Semitism in the past. There is no lack of it in France. But I will not keep quiet about something like this. We will put this officer on trial, even if I need to stand before him. I can’t forget his face. He had a haircut like Hitler,” said Michael.

On Friday morning following the event, the family landed in Tel Aviv. Michael reported the incident to Radio Shalom, as well as to the German Embassy in Israel.

“It is difficult to recount what happened to us. My wife doesn’t ever again want to fly through Germany in her life,” said Michael.

The saying: “The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree”. Can you expect anything better from children of Nazis? They should be happy they weren’t gassed.

The airline they flew should also protest: they will lose business if people refuse to go through Germany.

    Nazis will be Nazis
The Israeli government should get this straight when appeasing the “enlightened” Europeans and an American president who would fit the job at that airport.

It doesn’t sound like they went through some horrifying. Pick your fights.
They should have made a noise like police coming and handcuffing him and dragging him away. Perhaps even a sound of shooting him back, or worse; he should have made the sound effects of the British airplanes dropping bombs on Berlin!

I heard of someone who had a stopover in Germany. The connecting flight was delayed and they were treated horribly – all the passengers had to stay in a stuffy room, couldn’t use the bathroom, had no food, for hours. (wasn’t only Yidden, but, was horrible just the same). They finally brought out food – not kosher, and then upon request, they finally provide fruit for the kosher passengers. I would never want to go to Germany.

That family MUST NOT clean that passport. It has DNA from that officer which will prove that he spat in their passport, because he is going to deny that he did it.

I have flown through Germany many times and have passed through the border control. I have an Israeli passport and very Jewish forename and surname and have never had any problems. I find it odd that this happened and question the degree of truth in this story. Sometimes, people create their own difficulties.

most of French Jews fly through Germany to go to Israel, which is the cheapest.
I have heard many many stories like this one from families who had their connection flight in Franckfurt. One close married friend even told me that a German border officer woman took off her hat in front of everybody, but sthis woman officer didn’t do the same to the muslim woman before my friend… that just shows that Germany still remains very anti-Jews.

#10 you remind me of the pacifiers before WW2. The ones that said it could never happen. The ones who didn’t get out in time. Or, you are an idiot.

And by the way, I’ve had goyim say similar things. In BROOKLYN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nister Number 10: Why would someone make up this story, when there is no reason to benefit from it? Who heard of such a case of rabid anti-Germanic lible? Nobody with children wants to make problems for a border agent with the power to take children away G-d forbid!

They should be ashamed of themselves for stepping on the German soil saturated with our parents’ blood! Remember cherem s’farad, whether it was formal or informal it was observed. This was the “cheapest route” and the French are the cheapest Jews. You sold out your pride and loyalty for a few bucks, don’t be a cry baby after the fact… the German acted like a true German, learn from him and try to act like a true Yid!

Serves her right for leaving Israel to live in that anti-semitic wasteland of Western Europe. (France and Germany). What did she think when she moved to France when all the Jews in France are leaving?

every once in a while this happens to us, only now it’s becoming more frequent and more outright, I was traveling to NY with my daughter and we got an upgrade. When we arrived at the counter, the guy looks at my shoes and says you can only sit there with high heels, so I pulled a pair of high heels out of my carry on bag and put them on. So he looks at my daughters shoes which had heels, and he says to her you can’t sit in business class because your heels aren’t high enough, so she pulled out from my carry on luggage another pair of high heels and put them on. (I happened to put in my carry on the two pairs of high heels because they didn’t fit into my suitcase) So he simply couldn’t not let us in, so when I gave him our 2 boarding passes, he took them, ripped them and threw them in the small garbage bin. I said to my daughter, don’t say anything and just follow me. I took the boarding passes out of the garbage. I was real quick, and said to my daughter let’s go. I totally ignored him and we just went through the long corridor, and unto the plane as if nothing happened. Pure anti~semitism. My second story: I was traveling from NY, and I had extended my stay. I had new reservations, and the travel agent said it might cost you $100.00 or not. I get to the counter and he says 200.00 to change the ticket and another 200.00 for the change. All in all 400.00. Did you understand that??? I didn’t. But I had to get back, so I paid and I still didn’t get my money back.

August 1984: While returning from a business trip in Dusseldorf Germany I was detained, my U.S. passport was confiscated, I was refused the right to ask the British Airways ticket agent, where I had just purchased a ticket, to notify the US embassy that I was being detained against my will, and i was marched upstairs with a machine gun (with a very long clip) in my back and questioned upstairs in the airport (The whole upstairs is security.) The person questioning asked me stupid questions not: “Where did you go? Who did you meet? Where did you stay? What was the purpose of your visit? It was a business trip all this would have been easily documentable with hotel and phone reciepts, photos and contracts, etc. I was asked, then told, my bags would be searched. The searcher didn’t not take out, open, or ask what the two tefillin bags in my carry on were, but he told me “he was looking for a gun.” After 45 minutes I again asked why was I being detained and I was told that I looked like the picture of terrorist. Asked three times “What is his name?” Shouting it the third time. and was told each time, “come I vill show you.” (right, I’m being held because I look like someone whose name you don’t even know.) I accompanied the security officer into the hall and he should be a poster that contained many pictures including one named Hans Baer, a bader meinhoff terrorist that doesn’t look anything like me. He pointed to Baer and I told him “you’re sick” He then said come with me and I’ll show another picture. I accompanied him to the main security office and he showed me a large poster with about 16 people on it, but no writing. and pointed out a bald clean shaven man with a scare across his forehead 30 years my senior. (I am bearded with typically black hat attire.) I repeated “you are really sick” At this point Kommandant Lisson, who had originally stopped me downstairs came out his office and returned my passport “Here, you can go.” No apology, zip, nothing.” I had taken pictures of the two posters and upon scrutiny when I returned I realized why the second poster had no writting on it. It’s not a wanted poster. It’s a training poster. All 16 people are actually the same man with different hair styles, beards, glasses and hats. To accustom security personal not expect the guy to look like exactly like his mugshot. The camps have closed, the people have not changed. Lisson should be barred entry to Israel and the US as a Nazi.

Aha, a connecting flight from France over Germany to Israel.
Hmm, there arent any border control when you switch flights within the western european countries! Please, tell us the full story. Something is missing here. Only a civilian controll is effective (e.g. showing your bording passport to your connecting flight).
I think all jews have to leave Germany!

As you can see, German will always be antisemitic and their favourit sentence is in german “arbeit macht frei” from german nazi concentration camp in auschwitz
