Toll collectors say the turkey has been running across the toll booth at Interchange 14B in Jersey City for weeks. One motorist called the Turnpike Authority to complain because she has seen the bird since the summer.
Authority spokesman Joe Orlando says some toll collectors have pictures of it pecking at the windows of the administration building. Other collectors have started putting cones on their parked cars because the turkey likes to jump on them.
Orlando says the turkey has become a nuisance and officials are making plans to remove it.
Why did the turkey cross the NJ Turnpike?
He wanted to get out of paying the highest taxes in the nation
where is he/she hiding?
Reminds me of ” Why did the Chiken cross the road ?………………… “
