Moscow, Russia – Two citizens of Israel were attacked in Moscow near the building ofthe “Esh-a-Tora” Jewish Youth Religious Community Center.

The attack, which resulted in the hospitalizationof both the victims, took place around 10PM. Police are investigatingthe crime, the second likely antisemitic attack in Moscow this week.
The first one, a neo-Nazi attacked a 25-year-old Jewish man when he was traveling in the metro at night. He was approached by a man who asked him what his ethnicityis. The assailant then yelled out “Heil!” and started to beat the victim after asking him if he was a Jew and threatening to kill him.
Police detained alleged assailant, but only charged him with “minorhooliganism” and then set him free.
This comes after hi honor Rabbi Lazar claimed that antisemitism in Russia is declining compared to to other parts of europe.
There are two kinds of antisemitism. The state sponsored one (which was a major problem in the former Soviet Union). This now doesn’t exist. As far as the other more common form, is present everywhere.

truth is though jews should learn to box or use other martial arts. in the early 20th century when jews were coming in droves. many younger jews had to learn to box to protect themselves on the street,. it earned them respect on the street and many golden glove fighters!
jews need to stop running. jews of russia are just as russian as any “ethnic” (e.g. xtrian) russian. many of you will say they should make aliyah, but still they will join an army and learn to fight, they wont make aliyah because mostly “ethnic” russian make aliyah. so these russian jews need to learn to fight back.
