Most Americans trade an hour’s sleep this weekend for more evening sunshine to enjoy after work.
Officially the change to daylight saving time occurs at 2 a.m. Sunday, local time, though most folks set their clocks and watches ahead an hour before going to bed on Saturday.
In areas that observe the change, clocks fall back when standard time returns Nov. 7.
i think that losing an extra hour tonight is a terrible thing – Cause toomoro morning in shul all the PAIFERS (sleepers) will come late & whats going to happen to TEIYRACH’S MINYAN (MY MINYAN) OY VEY GEVALD……. !!!
I love Summer – but I would rather stay with the winter clock all year
This will greatly help the WORKING Yidden who have to argue with their bosses about leaving early on Fridays.
