Good job! They should start ticketing for wheeling a carriage while talking in the phone!

I totally agree! It is insane how many young mothers just wheel their baby’s right into oncoming traffic.

That’s more than a half million dollars for Bloomberg’s coffers.

Ya think he gives a hoot about people’s sfaty? YOU WISH! It’s all about money, and in my oipnion this borders on criminal.

And Bloomberg’s buddy is who? You guessed it, the tzaddik ‘Reb’ Duvid Greenfeld who is going to make sure we get less tickets. Yeah, right!

What should be challenged is the law that in plain english states that tickets can not be given in order to raise money for the city. This is an old law regarding parking ttickets and has never been challenged!

If one chuchum can prove this then all tickets will be thrown out.

Ad for cell phone tickets the penalty should be 1,000 and the thrird time you lose your license for 10 years.

Mayor Bloomberg agrees witht the fines being higher when I recieved his response and said he is working with Shelly Silver and the state to make the fines higher.

This is the only way to get people to stop using the cell phones by making the fines higher.

So many people get ticketed even if they weren’t talking on the phone… Once a police issues a ticket u have no way of proving otherwise. Its about time that they pass a bill stating that the cops have to prove that u were wrong instead of it being the other way around…

Look, you have to face the fact YOU CAN NOT DRIVE AND TALK ON THE CELL PHONE! FINISHED! It is too dangerous. Drivers talking on cell phones do not concentrate on the road! I have seen accidents, short stops, etc. happen because of this! Yes, go ahead and ticket every person driving and talking on the cell phone and in my humble opinion $150. is way to little!
