Police say they don’t know what the explosives were for. Gwinnett County Police spokesman Officer Brian Kelly said Wednesday the officer found the devices when he asked to search the car during a routine traffic stop Monday.

Kelly says there was nothing to indicate any terrorist intent but that investigators believe the devices were made to cause great bodily harm or death.

A search warrant was obtained for an address in Buford, where officers discovered materials to manufacture such devices.

Police arrested and charged William Dale Parten, 41, of Buford; Phillip Ray Duncan, 54, of Buford; Shirley Maddox, 62, of Buford; Michael Brewer, 42, of Winder; and Matthew Henry Rothove, 44, of Flowery Branch. Police said Rothove was the driver of the vehicle.

Native terrorists. Screen them as thoroughly as you screen us when we get on a plane.

“there was nothing to indicate any terrorist intent but that investigators believe the devices were made to cause great bodily harm or death. “

If they were Muslims, it would be terrorism. But because they are not, it is just “crime”.

The state would save a ton of money if they took the car with the explosives and the five suspects to an open field, and detonate the stuff. The film clips would make good sales, and no taxpayers will need to support these goons for many years to come. None of them appear to be living happily anyway. Let ’em go to smithereens.

Instead of pulling over law abiding citizens and giving tickets the whole day, the cops should profile and pull over people that look like these martians.
