Just wondering – if the car hit the motercycle, why is there damage to the driver side door???? Seems like the motercycle hit the car.

To #3: The car pulled out in front of the motorcycle and that is why the car door is dented.

I’m sure the family of the niftar is kvelling knowing it was a baracha for their son to be killed so closed to yom kippur so all his averyos were forgiven. You are either unstable or the biggest roshe I can imagine for such a posting. You should share thier “nachas”.

#6 reread what #4 wrote and ask mechila!
he says “Not that it’s much of a consolation now for the grieving family”
bottom line his point is a good one, if someone has to die the day after yom kippur is the best time.
there is a story in lakewood, (don’t know if it’s true) that a person was a rasha and non frum his whole life, at an old age showed up yom kippur in shul, on the way out slipped and died. supposedly ppl go daven by his kever every year because he died a complete tzaddik even though he wasn’t frum for 80 years.

    To No. 11

When someone dies in a tragic accident, there are always a core group of armchair rabbonim here who feel obligated to offer their insights as to why if it had to happen, there is some “good news” in the petirah…The families in these tragic cases generallydon’t want your d’var torah on why they shouldn’t feel so bad. I guess it all depends on your perspective.

whether a person dies after yom kippur or after tisha b’av….u feel sadness..u have to be on a very high level to appreciate his timing of death….may his family be comforted and know of no more sorrow….and be together soon with coming of moshiach

#6 The yomtovim are not yet over and you begin the year by wishing death to someone else. You are an embarassment to Klal Yisroel. If you even took the time to attend shul over the holidays, you were obviously wasting your time – you may as well have gone to the beach and had a cheeseburger for lunch.

“I saw the bike was in three pieces,” said Edwin De La Renta, who witnessed the aftermath of the crash. “It was pretty smashed.”
The 27-year-old biker, who lived in Manhattan, died at Beth Israel Hospital. His name was withheld pending family notification.
