The Islamic Jihad's military wing, the al-Quds Brigades, claimed responsibility for the firing of the rockets.
A statement issued by the group said the firing comes in response "to the assassinations of Palestinian activists today in Nablus and Tul Karem" and the arrest of a senior Islamic Jihad official in Nablus.
