    Florida – A judge in Broward County has dismissed a lawsuit filed by a school that didn’t make the winners list in Kohl’s $10 million schools giveaway against two other Florida schools that won.

    The dispute was between a tiny school for disabled children, with an enrollment of 10, that claimed two of the winning schools should have given them more help.

    In dismissing the suit, the judge said the owners of Ab’s Place failed to make a valid claim of action that an actual contract existed between it and the defendant schools–Hebrew Academy Community School and Rohr Bais Chaya Academy.
