No injuries were reported, but radio stations reported that electricity was disrupted by the mortar fire Sunday.

An escalating series of attacks by militants and Israeli counterstrikes has killed 18 Gazans since Thursday, after a missile from Gaza hit an Israeli school bus, wounding two people.

The military says one of the Gazans killed was involved in the kidnapping of an Israeli soldier held in Gaza for the past five years.

Defense Minister Ehud Barak said Sunday that if militants cease fire, so will Israel.

According to the military, 120 rockets and mortars have struck Israel in the past 48 hours.

What is Israel waiting for? Give the Gazans enough time and the will get still bigger and better rockets. Iron dome is not a solution, its putting a finger in a crack of the dyke to stop a tzunami.
Chase them southwards through their tunnels into Egypt, lets see what humanitarian treatment they get there.
