Vance, Jr. and two judges for being too soft on hate crime suspect David Haddad. Haddad was released on his own recognizance by Kings County Criminal Court Judge Linda Poust-Lopez, while New York State Acting Supreme Court Judge Abraham Clott in Manhattan only required a bail of $2,500. “This is nothing short of shocking,” Hikind said. “Manhattan DA Cy Vance requested a bail of only $5,000. New Yorkers deserve an explanation.”

Hikind praised Brooklyn DA Charles Hynes for asking Judge Poust-Lopez for bail to be set at $50,000, only to have her release Mr. Haddad without any bail whatsoever. Mr. Haddad is charged with aggravated harassment as a hate crime, which is a felony. “What message are we sending to criminals out there who commit these heinous acts?” Hikind fumed. “If anything, this might encourage others.”

Hikind released the audio of the hate-filled phone call that one Jewish family received over the weekend. “This family is traumatized. To get a phone call saying, ‘…all Jews must die’ after finding swastikas scrawled on several locations near their home is horrifying.”

I suggest that there be connection between the courts and Mayor Bloomberg. Our Mayor has never looked a a dollar sign without increasing the numbers that follow. If he could get involved, he might recognize this as a way to make money somehow, and such writeoffs could never happen. Good idea?

Listen this isn’t a hate crime but of a case of apparently a man who is mentally unstable. A shoitah is not responsible for any of his actions. He is a sick man who needs help not jail.

It’s crazy. We have sick liberal anarchist judges.
Same thing with the cop-killer freed by the judge on a previous charge.
